Build the next phase of women’s health at work

MeWe&You® is looking for a senior, hands-on Technical Co-founder to lead the development of our AI-enabled workplace health platform.

This is a genuine co-founder opportunity with meaningful equity and a path into a paid, long-term CTO role as our current raise secures the remaining co-financing for the platform build.

What we are building

Women’s health in midlife remains largely absent from workplace health, performance and retention strategies — despite affecting one of the most experienced groups in the workforce.

MeWe&You combines personalised support for women with aggregated, privacy-first workplace insights. Our ambition is to help women understand and manage the factors affecting their health and working lives, while enabling employers to make better decisions without accessing individual health data.

We operate in the space between women’s health, work, behavioural science, data and responsible AI — with a clear non-clinical and privacy-first position.

Where we are today

This is not idea-stage.

We already have:

a live consumer app with real users and product learnings
a validated design for our B2B workplace platform
established product logic and a personalisation framework
public-sector testbeds in Sweden and Denmark
secured EU Interreg funding covering 60% of eligible costs across a three-year Nordic programme, including platform development and technical capacity
an experienced founding team with deep knowledge of the problem, market and users
an active raise to finance the next build phase and remaining co-financing

The B2B platform design has been validated. The next step is to build, deploy and evaluate it in real workplace settings.

The role

As Technical Co-founder, you will take ownership of the technical direction for the next phase of MeWe&You.

You will:

translate our validated platform design into a scalable, production-ready product
define the technical architecture across product, data, integrations and AI
determine where AI creates meaningful value — and where it does not
build hands-on across the early product stack
design for privacy, security and responsible use of sensitive data from the start
turn complex human and workplace signals into structured, useful product experiences
work closely with the CEO, COO, testbeds and external specialists
join the CEO in investor and partner meetings to articulate our technical architecture, AI strategy and build plan clearly and credibly
help shape and, over time, build the wider technical team

This is a hands-on building role with genuine influence over product, technology and company direction.

What we’re looking for

You are likely a senior software engineer, technical product builder or AI engineer who combines strong technical judgment with a pragmatic product mindset.

You may bring:

experience building 0→1 digital products
strong full-stack capability or equivalent experience owning complete technical systems
practical experience with data architecture, AI/ML and LLM-enabled products
an understanding of privacy, security and responsible AI
experience turning imperfect, real-world inputs into useful and trustworthy products
strong product intuition and the ability to prioritise under uncertainty
the ability to explain complex technical decisions clearly and credibly to investors, partners and other non-technical stakeholders
an interest in women’s health, work, behaviour change and human-centred technology

Experience with regulated, health-related or privacy-sensitive products is valuable, but not essential.

We care more about what you have built, how you think and how you work than about a perfect CV or a particular degree.

Practicalities

Based in Sweden, ideally in Stockholm or Malmö, or able to work regularly from either location
Legal right to work in Sweden without visa sponsorship
English is essential
Swedish is a strong advantage
Understanding of Swedish or Nordic workplace culture is highly valued
Flexible starting point, with the intention of building a long-term collaboration
