We are developing an AI-supported platform that connects personalised support for women through perimenopause, menopause and beyond with aggregated insights for employers. Our goal is to improve productivity, prevent avoidable sickness absence and retain experienced talent — with individual privacy at the heart of the platform.
Building on our existing menopause app, we are taking the next step towards a scalable workplace solution. The platform is being developed and prepared for validation within Next Phase Femtech, an EU co-funded project with test environments in Sweden and Denmark.

We are developing our employer platform within Next Phase Femtech, an EU co-funded project. The project’s test environments include Region Skåne, Region Zealand and Tomelilla Municipality. Hormoner på Arbejde and Minimal App are also participating with their solutions.
